HELLO!
What a year it has been! 2024. I know people usually save the reflection stuff for New years, but this week we are winding up the studio for this year and it just felt right to share a few thoughts on 2024 so far. I'm sure you will have to endure more life ponderings for me in the new year... so I will keep this as short as possible... for me (ha)
2024 has been full of the most extreme highs (amazing!!!) and also some pretty challenging lows (will be learning from this for a while...). The events of this year will certainly have formed core memories for me for the rest of my life.
I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me and my small business this year in what has been our 5th year in business!
To my super talented team and everyone who has worked with us to bring these brilliant projects to life this year, you are amazing! and to our fabulous clients...none of this would be possible without your continued trust and belief in our creative visions. You are the best. Thank you so much!
STUDIO CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
The studio will close this week from 6pm Wednesday 11th December and will re open on Monday 13th January 2025.
We will be taking on new clients for 2025 from January and tend to book out pretty quickly within this first month of the year, for the remainder of the year. Clients tend to book us in advance if they know they have a project coming up during the year, so if you would like to work with us or hear more about how we can help to create a happy space for you, please send me an email at hello@teriantilston.com and we can arrange a chat.
When is the best time to hire an interior designer?
Are you planning a renovation in 2025? If you know you will be undergoing building works in 2025, or even if you are thinking about it from now, the best time to hire an Interior Designer is at the SAME time that you hire your architect because I can then work together with your architect (or bring one on board for you) so that we have a complete design BEFORE any builders are involved. This will help you to be able to budget, knowing exactly how the space will look, feel and function and will give a clear plan to your builders who can then quote from these plans, as well as help to minimise delays.
We don't just work on big renovation projects however! We offer a range of services, from consultations, to styling to full renovation designs.
