HOW TO RECYCLE YOUR NO PLASTIC (woohoo) PACKAGING

I am sooooo happy to be able to say that all packaging is fully recyclable/compostable and zero plastic will be coming to you! woohoo! The cellophane looking bag that your print has been sent out to you in is in fact made with a plant based material and is fully compostable. Here is how to dispose of your packaging:

Paper/card- well this can go straight into the Paper recycling

COMPOSTABLE BAG DISPOSAL:

1) Compost Heap: This is what they are designed for so is the best option. (They are suitable for both home and industrial composting)

2) Council Garden waste bin: Although this would work you would need to check with your local council to ensure that that this waste is going for industrial composting. (Also, you could end up 'at odds' with the council for putting what they could view to be the wrong waste in the bin.)

3) Food Waste Bin: This would also be suitable but once again it might be best to check what the council is doing with this waste. (The bags are suitable for anaerobic digestion or industrial composting, if they will allow you to put them in).

4) General Waste Bin: Although possibly not viewed as the perfect option, in landfill they will break down to CO2 and water in much the same way as they would in a compost heap.

5) Recycled Paper and Card Bin: They should not go in with paper for recycling.

6) Recycled Plastic Bag Collections: They should not go in this bin either. Biodegradable and compostable film is made from renewable plant materials, not petrochemicals. It is designed to break down to CO2 and H2O so leaves nothing suitable for recycling unlike traditional plastic bottles etc.

SCREEN PRINTS

Each print is printed by hand and therefore each print is wonderfully unique and perfectly imperfect, which adds to the character and charm of each piece.

POSTAGE

Postage is from £3.50 per order (unless stated otherwise). I post out by Royal Mail 2nd class and you should have your order within 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are ordering from overseas, postage costs will vary, so please to email me for costs.

PAYMENT

I accept all major credit and debit cards or you can pay through PayPal too. My store site is hosted on Shopify Inc who provide an online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell products to you. Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway.

RETURNS

I'm pretty sure you are going to love your Terian Tilston Design Product, however if you are not 100% satisfied with please please please contact me directly within 14 days from the day you receive your item and let me know, and I will do everything I can can to solve the problem. If you still would like to return your item, please package it back up in the original (or similar) packaging and return to the return address. I will email you with a return address to send back to me. Once I have received the item back I will issue a full refund and will refund the cost of postage to you.

I have worked hard to create Terian Tilston Designs. Please do not copy my ideas. It's just really annoying and not cool! Thank you!

Competition/Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The route to entry for the competition is to like the post on our Instagram or Facebook account.

Any additional action (including sharing a post, commenting, watch party, tagging etc) are done so at the entrant’s discretion and do not impact the outcome of the giveaway.

We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case

Closing date for entry will be stated in the post on the Instagram page. After this date, then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram or Facebook and within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
